Refund Policy

1.0 Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy**

 

At Optixis, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality services. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you might need a refund. To address such situations, we’ve updated our refund policy to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

 

**Shared Hosting Refunds:**

 

If you’re not fully satisfied with our shared hosting service within the first 30 days of activation, you’re eligible for a no-questions-asked refund. Simply reach out to us within the first 30 days, and we’ll initiate the refund within 72 hours. While we aim to resolve any issues promptly, if we’re unable to assist you to your satisfaction within 24 hours, a full refund will be processed without any hassle.

 

**VPS Hosting Refunds:**

 

For our VPS hosting services, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you face any issues within the first 7 days, contact us, and we’ll promptly process your refund within 72 hours. We will make every effort to resolve any problems within 24 hours, and if you’re still dissatisfied, we’ll issue a full refund.

 

**How to Request a Refund:**

 

To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team via email or live chat. Provide your account details and the reason for your request, and we’ll handle the rest. Our goal is to make this process as easy and swift as possible for you.

**1.1 Refund Rules**

 

Refund requests will be processed promptly by Optixis’ billing department. Claims are reviewed according to the guidelines specified in section 1.0-1.5 of our refund policy. Once a claim is validated, a refund will be issued through the payment gateway. Refunds are typically completed within 3 working days, and you’ll receive a receipt confirming the transaction. Depending on the payment gateway’s processing time, refunds may take up to 15 working days. For any delay, please contact the payment gateway with the receipt provided by Optixis.

 

**1.2 Refundable Services**

 

Optixis offers a 30-day refund for shared hosting services and a 7-day refund for VPS hosting.

 

**1.3 Non-Refundable Services**

 

Except for shared hosting and VPS hosting, all other services, including software, licenses, and third-party products, are non-refundable. This includes:

 

– Dedicated servers

– Email hosting

– Third-party services

– Add-on products

– Custom software, installation fees, setup fees, migration fees, paid control panel fees, and software licenses

– Services or products received through promotions or special offers

 

Even if a service was used for only an hour or never used at all, it will not be eligible for a refund.

 

**1.4 Refund Cancellations and Credit Expiration**

 

A refund request may be canceled if a user has an active service and later complains about dissatisfaction with a similar previous service. Refund requests will also be rejected if the user violates any terms and conditions outlined by Optixis. Additionally, renewal payments are not refundable.

 

Credits added to an account cannot be refunded or withdrawn. They can only be used for purchasing new services or renewing existing ones. If an account is closed due to abuse or violation of our terms (sections 3.0, 4.5, and 4.7 of the Primary Terms of Service), any credits in that account will expire.

 

If an account is suspended or terminated due to abuse or violation of terms, no refunds will apply.

 

Requests for refunds due to factors outside Optixis’ control, such as failing to meet uptime guarantees, will not be valid.

 

**1.5 Free Migration Policy and Refund**

 

If you receive a free website migration service and cancel within the first billing cycle, the regular migration fee of 850 BDT per migrated website will be deducted from the refund amount, as outlined in section 1.1.

 

Optixis reserves the right to modify or update the Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
